心理健康是指个体在与各种环境的相互作用中,在内外条件许可范围内,主体能不断调整自身心理结构,自觉保持心理上、社会上的正常或良好适应的一种持续而积极的心理功状态,是现代健康观的重要组成部分。良好的心理健康水平是大学生学习、生活的保证。学校体育教学要贯彻“健康第一”的思想,就必须注重学生的心理健康。本研究以大一毽球选项课80名学生为研究对象,在毽球教学前后都做SCL-90量表调查。统计结果表明:80名大学生在进行毽球教学后,SCL-90量表各因子中的症状均低于教学前,其中躯体化因子差异有显著性(p<0.05),人际关系、抑郁、恐怖、焦虑4个因子差异有非常显著性(p<0.01)。能促进人际交流,增强自信心,减少焦虑的产生,对心理健康有促进作用。本文以毽球运动为切入点,从五个方面的内容探讨毽球运动对高职高专学生心理健康的促进作用。

There were significant differences in somatization (p <0.05), interpersonal relationship, depression, horror There were significant differences in the four factors of anxiety (p <0.01). Can promote interpersonal communication, enhance self-confidence, reduce anxiety, have a positive effect on mental health. In this paper, the hockey game as the starting point, from five aspects to discuss the hockey game on the mental health of higher vocational students role in promoting.
