鉴于热电联产电厂在当下成本管理活动中的实际情况,在具体的实践环节中,我们需要培养热电厂企业全部工作人员的成本管理意识,从根本上提升内部财务人员的成本管理的素质,在急速发展的信息技术的支撑之下,引入先进的管理经验,从而推动企业的战略管理活动稳定发展,最终提高热电厂的经济效益。
In view of the actual situation of cogeneration plant in the current cost management activities, we need to cultivate the cost management awareness of all staff in the heat and power plant enterprises in the concrete practice, and fundamentally improve the quality of the cost management of the internal financial staff. Under the support of the development of information technology, the introduction of advanced management experience, thus promoting the steady development of strategic management activities, and ultimately improve the economic efficiency of thermal power plants.
