导致地面控制井下安全阀(SC-SSSV)失效的最常见原因是,从地面到井下安全阀的液压控制管线出现故障,这些故障不仅造成油气井产量损失,而且还需要进行费用昂贵的修井作业。为了解决这类问题,国外研制出一种通过地面发射装置不断向井下发送电磁波信号,以控制井下安全阀的控制系统来取代原来的液压管线控制系统,并且新开发的控制系统具有故障保护功能。经现场试验证实,地面、井下设备易于安装,安全阀工作性能良好,自动防故障系统运转正常,安全可靠;况且电磁波传送功能强大,兼容性好。该项技术投入成本低,不需修井作业和改装井口就能安全有效地实现优化完井,为延长老油田寿命提供了新的方法。
The most common cause of ground-controlled SC-SSSV failure is the failure of hydraulic control lines from ground to downhole safety valves, which not only result in lost production of wells but also costly workover work . In order to solve this kind of problem, a new control system has been developed to replace the original control system of hydraulic pipeline, which is to send down the electromagnetic wave signals downhole by the ground launch device to control the safety valve in the underground. The newly developed control system has the fault protection function. The field test confirmed that the ground, underground equipment easy to install, safety valve work well, fail-safe system is functioning normally, safe and reliable; Moreover, the electromagnetic wave transmission powerful, good compatibility. The low investment cost of this technology enables safe and effective completion of well completion without the need of workover operations and modification of the wellhead, providing a new way to prolong the life of old oilfields.
