The people of all ethnic groups such as Han, Miao, Tujia, Yao, Yi, Zhuang, Hui and Uighur, who live in the territory, have used local herbs to prevent and treat diseases and accumulated a wealth of experience. However, due to various historical reasons, all ethnic groups, especially ethnic minority medicines, have not recorded and systematically documented ancient books, and have always relied on oral traditions and thoughts, and many good prescriptions to spread folk. In order to discover valuable heritage, over the years, our hospital’s pharmacy room has made extensive use of Hunan herbal resources and their development and utilization.
