对梅钢5号高炉高(Al_2O_3)炉渣结构优化研究及冶炼实践进行了总结。认为,提高(MgO)不是维持高(Al_2O_3)炉渣合适黏度唯一的技术手段;在一定范围内,降低(MgO),适当提高R_2,可以维持炉渣黏度不变。梅钢5号高炉实践表明,在(Al_2O_3)达到15.73%条件下,通过渣系、炉料结构及操作制度等冶炼技术的调整优化,高炉能够获得良好的技术经济指标,全年平均利用系数达到2.262,燃料比达到492kg/t。
The structural optimization and smelting practice of high slag (Al2O3) blast furnace at Meisteel No. 5 were summarized. It is believed that increasing MgO is not the only technical means to maintain the proper viscosity of high Al 2 O 3 slag. In a certain range, decreasing (MgO) and properly increasing R 2 can keep the viscosity of slag unchanged. The practice of No.5 blast furnace in Meishan Steel Co., Ltd. showed that the technological utilization of blast furnace achieved good technical and economic indexes through the adjustment and optimization of the smelting technologies such as slag system, charge structure and operating system under the condition of (Al 2 O 3) reaching 15.73%. The annual average utilization coefficient reached 2.262 , The fuel ratio reached 492kg / t.
