对86例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者行腭咽成形术（UPPP）后的疗效进行分析。认为，术前是否行纤维内窥镜检查、手术切除范围的大小与疗效的关系密切，而肥胖与疗效关系不大。并对行UPPP之前行纤维内窥镜检查的必要性及如何掌握手术切除范围进行讨论。
The efficacy of velopharyngeal plasty (UPPP) in 86 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) was analyzed. That preoperative fiberoptic endoscopy, the size of the surgical resection is closely related to the effect, and the relationship between obesity and efficacy is not. The necessity of line fiberoptic examination before UPPP and how to grasp the scope of surgical resection were discussed.
