在港务系统既有的环境之下,实现文艺工作之创新,首先需要秉承三个原则,分别为:信息沟通系统的全面构建与完善;深入基层与理论创新的充分结合;消除界限壁垒,广大职工的广泛参与。在此三原则基础之上,笔者提出了五点创新,即为:及时学习与解读中央对文艺系统的各项通知与指示;建立良性文艺工作反馈机制,充分收集基层工作者的文艺生活喜好;充分考虑职工的整体结构,基于结构的比例安排文艺活动;基于职工兴趣,建立职工文艺非正式组织;活动与时俱进,文艺工作实现与其他工作结合。 Under the existing environment of the port system, to achieve the innovation of literary and art work, we must first uphold the three principles, namely: a comprehensive construction and improvement of information communication system; thoroughly integrated grass-roots and theoretical innovation; eliminate barriers to boundaries, the majority of workers Wide participation.
