在保持原有修井作业功能的前提下, 将海洋修井机有效地改造成可钻多底水平调整井的钻机, 可节约大量投资。以南海某油田A、B 两平台上的K600 型海洋修井机为例, 通过对提升能力及主要载荷系统、固控系统、钻井泵机泵组、修井机主机改造等方面的计算、校核和分析后得出结论: 将K600 型海洋修井机改造成可钻多底水平调整井的钻机是切实可行的, 而且对其它海洋修井机的改造也具有普遍指导意义。经5 口井开窗侧钻的使用表明, K600 型海洋修井机的改造十分成功, 完全达到预期的目标。
Under the premise of maintaining the original workover function, it is able to save a lot of investment by effectively transforming the marine workover rig into a drilling rig capable of drilling multiple bottom leveling wells. Taking the K600 type marine workover rig on A and B platforms in a South China Sea oilfield as an example, through the calculation of lifting capacity, main load system, solid control system, drilling pump group and workover rig mainframe, Nuclear and analysis concluded that it is feasible to transform the K600 offshore workover rig into a driller capable of drilling multi-bottom leveling wells, and it is also of general guiding significance to the revamping of other offshore workover rigs. The use of sidetracks through 5 wells shows that the retrofit of the K600 marine workover rig has been very successful and fully met the expected objectives.
