目的:构建科学实用的医院信息系统综合评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲专家咨询法,进行三轮咨询,确定一级、二级、三级指标,运用综合评分法计算指标权重。结果:专家权威程度0.81,第一轮咨询表回收率96.3%,第二轮、第三轮咨询表回收率都是100%。第一轮专家咨询协调系数0.291 6,第二轮专家咨询协调系数0.492 3。一级指标均数>4.0,满分比均>50%,变异系数均<0.20,二级指标均数>3.5,80%的指标满分比>50%,变异系数均<0.20,三级指标中76.5%的指标满分比>50%,均数>3.5,变异系数<0.20的指标占97%。第三轮专家咨询确定的一级指标权重排序为:系统功能、系统效益、系统成本。结论:专家意见协调性好,可信度高,指标体系结果可取。
Objective: To construct a scientific and practical index system of comprehensive evaluation of hospital information system. Methods: Adopt Delphi expert consultation method to conduct three rounds of consultation, determine the first, second and third level indicators, and use the comprehensive score method to calculate the index weight. Results: The level of expert authority was 0.81, the first round of questionnaires was 96.3%, and the second and third round of questionnaires were 100%. The first round of expert consultation coordination coefficient 0.291 6, the second round of expert consultation coordination coefficient 0.492 3. The first grade index> 4.0, the full mark ratio> 50%, the coefficient of variation <0.20, the average of secondary index> 3.5, the full score of 80%> 50%, the coefficient of variation <0.20, 76.5 % Of the indicators full score> 50%, mean> 3.5, coefficient of variation <0.20 indicators accounted for 97%. The third round of expert advice to determine the weight of the first-level indicators are: system functions, system benefits, system costs. Conclusion: The coordination of expert opinion is good, the credibility is high, and the result of index system is desirable.
