本文对下泵深度的优选提出了新的研究思路,经过对油田前期大量生产数据的统计,系统地进行数据回归分析,从而优选出合理的泵径、泵挂;通过对不同杆管组合的强度计算,优化了杆管的选用。在优选出合理泵径、泵挂以及杆管的基础上,以提高系统效率为目标对节能电机进行了对比,优化设计中,采用分步优化的方法进行优化,可达到采油工艺的最佳匹配。
In this paper, a new research idea is put forward for the optimization of the pump depth. Through the statistics of mass production data in the early stage of the oilfield, the data regression analysis is systematically carried out to optimize the pump diameter and pump hanging. Calculated to optimize the selection of pipe. On the basis of selecting reasonable pump diameter, pump hanging and rod pipe, the energy-saving motor is compared with the goal of improving the system efficiency. In the optimized design, the method of step optimization is optimized to achieve the best matching of oil recovery process .
