本文首次将肟类萃取剂用于洁霉素的萃取，研究了其萃取规律.在中性及弱碱性条件下，所选用的氧肟－84、酮肟－85及N510三种肟类均可有效地萃取洁霉素，且在酸性条件下容易反萃.无论氧肟还是酮肟均按溶剂化历程萃取洁霉素，前者形成L.S型萃合物，后者形成L.2S型萃取合物（L－洁霉素，S－肟类萃取剂）.
In this paper, the oxime extractants were firstly used for the extraction of lincomycin, and the extraction rules were studied.In the neutral and weak alkaline conditions, the selected oxime-84, ketoxime-85 and N510 three kinds of oximes Which can effectively extract lincomycin and can be easily stripped under acidic conditions Whether the oxime or ketoxime are extracted from lincomycin by the solvation process, the former forms LS-type extractives, and the latter forms L.2S-type extractives (L-lincomycin, S-oxime extractant).
