在研究单季中稻体内游离氨基态氮(FA-N)含量变化规律的基础上,探索了稻体内氮素营养快速诊断技术。试验结果表明:①稻体内各部位FA-N含量的日变化很大,而8∶00~10∶00时段内比较稳定;②稻体内FA-N含量与其体内氮含量、土壤氮供应量和氮肥用量等都显著相关;③穗分化始期倒3叶鞘的FA-N水平最能代表植株体内的氮营养状况,可作为快速诊断的测定部位。采用本试验所获得的茚三酮改良法,可在田间对稻株体内的氮素营养状况进行快速诊断,并根据诊断指标,指导水稻中后期氮肥的定量施用
Based on the study of the variation of free amino nitrogen (FA-N) content in single cropping rice, the rapid diagnosis of nitrogen nutrition in rice was explored. The results showed that: (1) The diurnal variation of FA-N content in various parts of rice body was very large, while it was stable in the period from 8:00 to 10:00. (2) The content of FA-N in rice body was correlated with its nitrogen content, nitrogen supply The level of FA-N was the most representative of nitrogen nutrition in plants, which could be used as a rapid diagnostic test site. Using the ninhydrin modification method obtained in this experiment, the nitrogen nutrition status in rice plants can be rapidly diagnosed in the field and the quantitative application of nitrogen fertilizer in the middle and late rice stage can be guided according to the diagnostic index
