厦门市海沧区人民法院顺应时代发展潮流,创设福建省首个综合性家事法庭。各地家事法庭在创新家事审判工作的实践中取得了一定的成效,但也面临着一些障碍和难题。为此,应当尽快制定《家事程序法》,科学界定家事法庭的受案范围,确立家事审判的新规则。 Xiamen Haicang District People’s Court conform to the development trend of the times, the creation of Fujian Province’s first comprehensive family court. Family courts around the world have achieved some success in the practice of innovative family justice trials, but they also face some obstacles and problems. To this end, the “Family Procedure Law” should be formulated as soon as possible to scientifically define the scope of the cases before the Family Courts and establish the new rules for family trials.
