为了考察VVM变色程度与滴度的相关性,为疫苗的冷链运输提供参考数据。抽取保留样品,通过37℃的加速试验检测VVM的OD差值和样品病毒滴度。结果显示,在37℃孵箱中放置时间越长,VVM的OD差值明显下降,滴度有下降,但不明显。证明VVM标签能监控疫苗的温度变化,乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗稳定性较好,VVM的OD差值与疫苗滴度有相关性。
In order to investigate the correlation between VVM discoloration and titer, provide reference data for cold chain transport of vaccine. Samples were taken for retention and the VVM OD difference and sample virus titers were determined by accelerated testing at 37 ° C. The results showed that the OD of VVM decreased significantly and the titer decreased, but it was not obvious. VVM tags proved to be able to monitor the temperature changes of vaccines, live attenuated JE vaccine stability is good, VVM OD difference and vaccine titer are related.
