采用了数字高速开关阀为先导阀构建了数液比例多路换向阀,实现对装载机工作装置的数字化电液比例控制。建立了系统的数学模型及控制规律,对高速开关阀进行动态特性仿真表明,通过改变PWM信号的占空比可以控制多路阀的流量,从而达到控制工作部件运动速度的目的。
The digital high-speed on-off valve is adopted as a pilot valve to construct a digital-to-liquid ratio directional control valve to realize the digital electro-hydraulic proportional control of the working device of the loader. The mathematical model and control law of the system are established. The simulation of the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed on-off valve shows that the flow rate of the multi-way valve can be controlled by changing the duty cycle of the PWM signal so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the moving speed of the working part.
