基于PLC和各种传感器设计的一种对主要通风机工况在线监测系统,对风机风速、转速、温度、压力、电机电气参数以及风流的CO、瓦斯浓度等进行测量,由上位机程序计算并实时显示出风量、风机功率和效率等参数,具有通风装置运行工况的实时监测、数据存储与查询、超限报警、数据网络发布等功能。 Based on the PLC and various sensors designed on the main fan condition on-line monitoring system, the fan speed, speed, temperature, pressure, electrical parameters of electrical and wind CO, gas concentration measured by the host computer program and Real-time display of air volume, fan power and efficiency parameters, with ventilation device operating conditions of real-time monitoring, data storage and query, overrun alarm, data network publishing and other functions.
