法人制度是世界各国规范经济秩序和整个社会秩序的一项重要法律制度,各国法人制度源于不同的法人理论,所以虽然具有共同的特征,但其内容不尽相同。我国建立法人制度相对较晚,直到1987年施行的《民法通则》对于“法人”作了专门规定,才被视为正式建立了法人制度。由于我国法人制度建立时间较晚,人们对由此产生的相关法律
The legal person system is an important legal system in every country in the world that regulates the economic order and social order as a whole. The legal person systems of various countries originate from different legal person theories, so their contents are different from each other although they share common characteristics. It is relatively late to establish a legal person system in our country. Until the “General Principles of Civil Law” was enacted in 1987 to make special provisions on “legal person ”, it was regarded as a formal establishment of a legal person system. Due to the relatively late establishment of the legal person system in our country, people are concerned with the relevant laws arising therefrom
