The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that justice is the lifeline of the rule of law. Judicial fairness plays an important leading role in social justice, and injustice of justice has a fatal and damaging effect on social justice. We must improve the judicial administration system and the judicial power operating mechanism, standardize judicial actions, strengthen the supervision of judicial activities and strive to make the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case. This important exposition clearly states that judicial work plays an important role in promoting the rule of law in an all-round way. It highlights the key contents of judicial reform, basic follow-up and action guidelines and has the significance of grasping the overall goal of judicial work in the new period.
