通过对野生大豆(G.soja)、栽培大豆(G.max)种间杂交后代新种质,与不同类型栽培大豆、野生大豆Griffing双列杂交F_2代主要农艺性状遗传参数的估算,不同类型亲本间一般配合力差异极显著,株高、单株荚数、单株粒重一般配合力效应值正向优势居前两位的是野生大豆ZYD328、种间杂交后代品系8—44-3,论述了野生大豆及其种间杂交后代品系,对改良大豆品种基因的拓宽及有益基因的累加,具有很大的遗传潜力和重要的实用价值.研究结果还表明,种间杂交组合的遗传力,表现出与栽培大豆品种间杂交遗传力基本一致的趋势.通过杂交、回交,将其高产、优质、抗病的潜在资源价值转变成品种优势是可行的.
