目的　探讨小儿股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗方法。方法　从解剖学角度设计，采用内外减压血管束植入法治疗３７ 例患者。结果　随访３～１１ 年，优良率９４－６ ％ 。结论　内外减压血管束植入法治疗小儿股骨头缺血性坏死，能阻断其发病的中间环节，改善股骨头的包容，增加股骨头血供并有利于股骨头复原。 Objective To investigate the treatment of pediatric avascular necrosis. Methods From the perspective of anatomy, 37 cases were treated with internal and external decompression vascular bundle implantation. Results Follow-up 3 to 11 years, excellent and good rate 94-6%. Conclusion Treatment of pediatric avascular necrosis of femoral head with internal and external decompression vascular bundle implantation can block the intermediate links of the disease, improve the tolerance of the femoral head, increase the supply of femoral head blood and facilitate the recovery of the femoral head.
