本文观察了日本血吸虫尾蚴经机械法和血清孵育法转变为童虫的过程及其影响因素。结果表明,尾蚴在血清中转变为童虫与补体有关。转变后的童虫具有前钻腺排空,不能耐受水和无尾蚴膜反应等变化,并具有糖膜消失、外质膜转变为七层的超微结构变化,与宿主体内童虫的变化基本相似.因此,日本血吸虫尾蚴在体外人工转变的童虫可供血吸虫童虫免疫学和预防药物等方面研究采用。
This article observed the process of Schistosoma japonicum cercariae transformed into Schistosoma japonicum by mechanical method and serum incubation method and its influencing factors. The results show that cercariae in the serum to migrate into worms and complement related. The transformed Schistosoma pallidum had an emptying of the pre-bored gonads and was unable to tolerate the changes of water and the cercariae membrane reaction, with the disappearance of the glycosaminoglycans, the ultrastructural changes of the outer plasmids into seven layers, and the changes of the parasites in the host Are similar to each other.So, Schistosoma japonicum cercariae in vitro artificially transformed Schistosoma schistosomiasis immunization and prevention of drugs and other aspects of the study.
