CD_4阳性
This article examined the effects of smoking on the number of leukocytes and monocytes in peripheral blood. A total of 282 people aged 20-69 were enrolled, including 108 smokers and 174 smokers. The total number of leukocytes and T lymphocyte subsets were determined by monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry. The results showed that: 1. The total number of leukocytes in smoking group was significantly increased (8.50 ± 0.15 / mm ~ 3 in smoking group, 7.33 ± 0.12 in non-smoking group / mm ~ 3, P≤0.0001). There was no significant difference in the percentage of leukocytes between the two groups, except for mild increases in the percentage of eosinophils (2.3% in the smoking group, 1.9% in the non-smoking group, P = 0.003). The smoking group CD_4 positive cells (helper T lymphocytes) increased slightly (smoking group 55.3 ± 0.8%, non-smoking group 52.2 ± 0.6%, P = 0.002). CD_4 positive
