师生互动是一种生命本性的存在状态,更是师生间相互理解与交往的“主体间性”的打造。这种“状态”与“打造”需要在管理措施的引导和规定下,逐渐步入真诚敞开、交互共生的境界。
Interaction between teachers and students is a state of existence of life itself, but also between teachers and students to understand and communicate “intersubjectivity ” build. This “state ” and “build ” need to step into the realm of open and interactive symbiosis under the guidance and regulation of management measures.
