对豚鼠外伤性鼓膜穿孔用沙棘油、透明质酸给予治疗，以透射电镜观察用药后4d和10d鼓膜愈合中的超微结构变化。发现：沙棘油具有和透明质酸一样的促进鼓膜各层细胞代谢、加速蛋白合成的作用，可促进鼓膜穿孔的愈合。沙棘油的价格比透明质酸低廉，药源丰富，制成滴耳剂使用，保存方便，宜于推广应用。 The guinea pig traumatic tympanic membrane perforation was treated with seabuckthorn oil and hyaluronic acid. The ultrastructural changes of tympanic membrane healing at 4 and 10 days after treatment were observed by transmission electron microscopy. It was found that sea buckthorn oil has the same effect as hyaluronic acid on promoting the metabolism of cells in the layers of the tympanic membrane and accelerating protein synthesis and can promote the healing of the perforation of the tympanic membrane. Seabuckthorn oil is cheaper than hyaluronic acid, rich in medicinal herbs and is made from ear drops, which is convenient for storage and suitable for popularization and application.
