目的评价我院人血白蛋白的临床应用情况,以促进其合理应用。方法采用回顾性调查方法 ,分析我院2011年1-6月应用过人血白蛋白的161例住院患者的病史资料。结果 161例患者中,心胸外科术后用药人数和用药量均最多;用药理由为体外循环预充、扩充血容量、低蛋白血症和新生儿高胆红素血症的防治等;联合用药品种多为抗菌药、强心药、利尿药、镇痛药等;药品不良反应未见发生。结论人血白蛋白在我院的应用还存在一些误区,应坚持有效、安全、经济的合理用药原则,才能获得最佳的使用效果。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of human albumin in our hospital so as to promote its rational application. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted to analyze the medical records of 161 hospitalized patients who applied human serum albumin from January to June in 2011. Results Among the 161 patients, the number of patients receiving cardiothoracic surgery and the dosage of drugs were the highest. The reasons for the drugs were pre-charge of cardiopulmonary bypass, blood volume expansion, hypoalbuminemia and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia prevention and treatment. Mostly antibacterial drugs, cardiac drugs, diuretics, analgesics, etc .; adverse drug reactions have not occurred. Conclusion The application of human serum albumin in our hospital there are still some errors, we should adhere to the principle of effective, safe and economical use of drugs in order to obtain the best results.
