本文提出了一种无需经过基体分离直接测定高含量铱中微量铑的非火焰原于吸收分析法。实验证明,7000ngIr对0.10—10.00ng范围内的Rh测定无干扰;100ng的Pt,Pd,Ru,Au,Ni,Al,Fe,Pb,Cu、Sn或Zn对1.00ng的Rh测定无干扰。对一份高纯铱精制过程中间产品进行验证性分析,取得了预期的结果。本方法Rh的适用工作范围为0.10—6.00ng,1%吸收灵敏度为0.05ng,检出限为0.03ng。
This paper presents a non-flame atomic absorption spectrometry method for the direct determination of trace amounts of rhodium in high-content iridium without matrix separation. Experiments show that 7000 ngIr has no interference with the Rh assay in the range of 0.10-10.00 ng; 100 ng of Pt, Pd, Ru, Au, Ni, Al, Fe, Pb, Cu, Sn or Zn has no interference with 1.00 ng Rh assay. The confirmatory analysis of a high purity iridium process intermediate product has yielded the expected result. The applicable working range of this method Rh is 0.10-6.00ng, 1% absorption sensitivity is 0.05ng, and the detection limit is 0.03ng.
