干部管理工作是政府和企事业单位行政管理的一个重要组成部分。组织人事干部所承担的职责和工作内容,既涉及到党和国家的大政方针,又涉及到广大人民群众的利益,是一个系统工程。如,各级领导干部的领导水平和创新能力需要不断提高、各级党组织需要建设好、广大党员和干部需要适应新形势教育好、管理好;人才如何脱颖而出、干部如何选拔作用等等,这些课题和任务都由组织人事部门去完成,成为党和政府与群众联系的桥梁。由此可见,组织人事干部在干部管理中所处的特殊地位。因此,加强组织人事干部队伍的自身建设是一项极为重要的任务,必须引起我们的关注和重视。组织人事干部加强自身建设从何入手,涉及的内容很多。 Cadre management is an important part of the administration of the government and enterprises and institutions.
