在《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中处处体现“师幼互动”的教育理念,如“教师应成为幼儿学习的支持者、合作者、引导者”。良好的师生关系是教育产生效能的关键,可以说,师幼互动的过程,即是教师职能发挥的过程,同时也是教师、幼儿共同成长的过程,任何先进的教育理念、教育目标、教育方案、教育计划都要借助于教师与幼儿间的相互作用才能实现其价值。
In the “Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline” everywhere embodies the “teacher-child interaction ” educational philosophy, such as “teachers should become supporters, collaborators, guide ”. Good relationship between teachers and students is the key to the effectiveness of education. It can be said that the process of interaction between teacher and child is the process of teachers’ functions. It is also a process of common growth of teachers and children.
