大麻(Cannabis Sativa L)系桑科一年生草木♀♂异株植物。新疆的喀什、和田和阿克苏等地区利川♀株上端的花序、嫩叶及其分泌物(树脂),经过搓揉、过筛和挤压做成供吸食用的麻烟。大麻原植物和麻烟中的植化成分十分复杂,仅大麻酚类化合物就有60余种。但其中四氢大麻酚(△~9-THC)是主要的精神活性成分。为了解新疆人麻原植物和麻烟中△~9-THC含量,我们在喀什地区采集样品,川高效硅胶薄层板展开,快兰B显色,然后用双波长薄层扫描法测定其含量。结果见显示大麻原植物的各个部位△~9-THC含量不同,含量高低依次为苞片、
Cannabis Sativa L is an annual plant of the family Scutellaria barbata.
