军委杨秘书长曾经指出:“共青团工作很值得研究,重点应该是结合中心任务开展团的活动,搞好青年的特殊教育,把青年工作活跃起来。”如何才能使青年工作真正活跃起来?最近,就这个问题我们调查了6个团总支、21个支部的活动情况。在调查中发现一些基层团组织、团干部对活跃的认识还不够正确,理解上存有单、浅、偏的倾向,以致在工作中出现了一些偏差,需要采取有效措施及时进行矫正。
General Yang, secretary general of the Central Military Commission, once pointed out: “The work of the Communist Youth League is worthy of study. The emphasis should be on carrying out the mission of the CYL in coordination with the central task, doing a good job of special education for young people and invigorating youth work.” How can we really activate youth work? Recently, On this issue we investigated the activities of the six league headquarters and 21 branches. During the investigation, some grassroots organizations and cadres learned that they were not sufficiently aware of their livelihoods and tended to be single, superficial and partial in their understanding. As a result, some discrepancies occurred in their work and some corrective measures needed to be taken in time.
