对5种组合净水工艺的出水及原水进行Ames试验,结果显示,生物陶粒能部分去除水中直接致突变有机物,降低原水的MR比值,TA98菌株MR比值在剂量为1L/皿水样及0.5L/皿水样时,分别比原水减少了40.2%及41.9%.具有生物陶粒及活性炭吸附单元的B、C、E流程,对去除水中直接致突变物最为有效,使TA98及TA100菌株在各试验剂量下的MR比值均小于2.采用膜过滤法测定B流程各单元出水的有机物相对分子质量分布情况,结果显示这组工艺能较好地互相补充,对相对分子质量不同的有机物,该流程总的去除率超过77%.
Ames test was conducted on the effluent and raw water of the five combined water purification processes. The results showed that the bioceramics can partially remove direct mutagenic organics in the water and reduce the MR ratio of the raw water. The MR ratio of the TA98 strain was 1 L/dish water sample and 0 The 5L/dish water sample was reduced by 40.2% and 41.9%, respectively, compared to the raw water. B, C, and E processes with bioceramics and activated carbon adsorption units are most effective in removing direct mutagenicity in water, and the MR ratios of TA98 and TA100 strains at each test dose are less than 2. Membrane filtration method was used to determine the relative molecular mass distribution of organic matter in the effluent of each unit of the B process. The results showed that this group of processes could complement each other better. The total removal rate of the process was more than 77% for organic matter with different molecular masses.
