接中央人民政府财政部一月十八日复浙江省人民政府财政厅,抄送我厅(53)财行字第三○号函:「关于部队人员零星转到地方工作后,为了不降低其原待遇起见,自一九五二年十一月十二日起已按政务院政财邓字第一八○号命令执行。此后凡转业人员从转到地方工作之日起,除中央另有规定者外,不论部队的待过有何变更,仍应依政财邓字第一八○号命令执行,不再按部队待遇变更后的标准发给」。兹将政务院政财邓字第一八○号命令颁发的「中央人民政府政务院关于军队转业人员的待遇问题及其了由供给制(包干制)改工资制的工作人员生活困难补助问题的规定」随函印发,希即遵照执行。
