In this study, HCV E2 antigen was used as antigen to prepare E2EIA, and E2 antibody was detected in blood of patients with satisfactory results. The E2 sequence used in the study was a sequence encoding amino acids 388 to 664 obtained from the second generation HCV-H strain (1a genotype) in chimpanzee plasma and the cDNA was inserted into the rabbit heavy chain signal sequence and human urokinase amino group End sequence
