从2002年中国-东盟自贸区启动,到今年1月1日自贸区全面启动,中国和东盟十国之间历时8年,终于进入“零关税”时代。这8年间,中国和东盟的贸易状况发生了哪些变化?中国企业“走出去”时机是否成熟?“走出去”还应注意哪些问题?本刊记者专访了中国-东盟商务理事会中方常务秘书长许宁宁。
