目的探讨妊娠期肾病综合征患者剖宫产术后护理和术后并发症的护理过程及效果。方法通过对1例妊娠期肾病综合征剖宫产术后合并急性胰腺炎患者,做好病情的监测、基础护理、心理护理、营养支持、健康指导及并发症的观察和护理工作,在专科护理的基础上加强对该患者的个性化护理。结果通过医护人员共同努力,患者康复出院。结论加强孕妇孕期管理,定期做好产前检查,做好健康宣教,加强孕产妇对妊娠期合并症的认识,减少并发症的发生,保障母亲和孩子的健康;在院期间加强对有合并症的孕产妇的病情观察,早发现,早治疗,做好细致安全的护理,是使患者早期康复出院的重要条件。
