研究了脲酶抑制剂茶多酚对水稻产量及氮肥农学利用率的影响。以水稻为供试作物,采用田间小区试验,研究了茶多酚与尿素配合施用,对水稻产量、氮肥农学利用率及土壤氮素含量的影响。茶多酚加入含尿素的土壤后可抑制尿素迅速水解的速度。相同茶多酚3 750 g/hm2与不同量尿素配合施用对水稻产量及氮肥农学利用率的影响不同,与不施茶多酚、施氮量300.0 kg/hm2的常规处理相比,施用茶多酚3 750 g/hm2后减施尿素氮37.5%、25%仍可提高水稻产量7.46%、7.73%,茶多酚施用3 750 g/hm2配合施氮225 kg/hm2产量最高。茶多酚不同施用量与施用方法对水稻产量、氮肥农学利用率的影响不大,但茶多酚延迟于尿素2 d施用能促进穗数、千粒重、成穗率的提高。脲酶抑制剂茶多酚具有提高水稻氮肥农学利用率、节省化肥的作用,并与尿素施用量有关,低施氮量的效果优于高施氮量。
The effects of urease inhibitor tea polyphenols on rice yield and agronomic efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer were studied. Taking rice as tested crop and field plot experiment, the effects of application of tea polyphenols and urea on the yield of rice, agronomic efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer and soil nitrogen content were studied. Tea polyphenols added urea-containing soil can inhibit the rapid hydrolysis of urea speed. The effect of the same polyphenols 3 750 g / hm2 and different amount of urea on the yield and nitrogen agronomic efficiency of rice was different. Compared with the conventional treatment of applying no polyphenols and nitrogen application rate of 300.0 kg / hm2, Phenol at 3750 g / hm2 reduced 37.5% of urea nitrogen, 25% increased the yield of rice by 7.46% and 7.73%, while the yield of tea polyphenols with 3 750 g / hm2 and 225 kg / hm2 of nitrogen application was the highest. Tea polyphenols different application rates and application methods had little effect on rice yield and nitrogen fertilizer agronomic efficiency. However, application of tea polyphenol delayed application of urea for 2 d could promote the increase of panicle number, 1000-grain weight and panicle rate. Urease inhibitor tea polyphenols has the effect of improving agronomic efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer and saving fertilizer, and is related to the amount of urea applied. The effect of low nitrogen application rate is better than that of high nitrogen application rate.
