当前我国高校体育教师胜任力水平整体处于较低的水平,本文对我国高校体育教师胜任力的内涵进行了界定,提出了我国高校体育教师胜任力的核心组成:专业知识、专业技能和职业态度和价值观,最后提出提升高校体育教师胜任力的对策:构建一个独立于应试考试的教师绩效考核标准、体育教师评价考核体系、高校体育教师选拔和招聘体系、体育教师培训和开发策略。
