一种新型焊接工艺——剪切式冷焊,已在苏联研制成功,并获得专利权。这种焊接方式的节能效果十分突出,所消耗的能量仅为传统电焊的1/8000。它可在不允许产生高温的工作条件下采用,宜于焊接铝及其合金等材料;而且当焊件材料不同时,焊接区域内不生成脆性化合物。此外,在进行剪切式冷焊时,焊件只在接触表面发生塑性变形而不会形成凹坑,因而不致影响焊接部位的 A new type of welding process - shear cold welding, has been successfully developed and patented in the Soviet Union. This welding method is very energy-saving effect, the energy consumption of traditional welding is only 1/8000. It can be used in working conditions that do not allow the production of high temperatures. It is advisable to weld materials such as aluminum and its alloys. When the material of the weldment is not the same, no brittle compounds are generated in the welding area. In addition, when carrying out the shear-type cold welding, the weldment is only plastically deformed at the contact surface without forming pits and thus does not affect the welding position
