关于西医疾病的辩证规范是重要的学术向导,在发挥指导作用的同时也引发了很多问题。我国到现在为止一共制定了四版《中药新药临床指导原则》,通过对比可发现中西医疾病两种辩证规范结果间、相关西医疾病辩证规范结果间以及基于西医疾病两次大规模辩证规范间存在的逻辑矛盾。本文将对此作出分析并探讨西医疾病辩证规范所依据的症状体征来源等,以期对问题的解决有所助益。
The dialectical norms on diseases of Western medicine are important academic guides, which have given rise to many problems as well as giving guidance. So far our country has formulated a total of four editions of “Clinical Guiding Principles for New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine”. By comparison, we can find out the results of two dialectical norms of Western and Chinese medical diseases, the dialectical results of related Western medical diseases and the two large-scale dialectical norms based on Western medical diseases The logical contradiction. This article will make an analysis of this and explore the sources of symptoms and signs based on the dialectical rules of Western medicine in order to help solve the problem.
