目前精密回转体零件的圆度测量,多在离线状态下在圆度仪上进行。近年来使用多测微传感器,应用误差分离技术实现了圆度的高精度在线测量,虽获得了令人满意的实验成果,但仍存在原理误差,且多点测量法系统庞大,原理复杂,条件要求严格,不易在线实用。为此使用电容测微传感器和8095单片微机构成数据采集和处理系统,利用传统的单点测量原理,实现了圆度的高精度在线测量,且为进一步的补偿加工提供了一个较为实用的监测手段。本文介绍精密零件在车削、磨削过程中的在线圆度单点式测量系
