1. Purpose The purpose of this Recommendation is to provide a guideline for the specification of position controlled electro-hydraulic mechanical feedback servo actuators. 2. Scope The content of this specification is limited to the input and output characteristics of the electro-hydraulic mechanical feedback servo actuator. The information presented in this paper will contribute to the standardization of nomenclature and the normalization of structural and performance parameters.
