目的:建立测定千柏鼻炎片中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱和盐酸甲基麻黄碱含量的毛细管电泳法。方法:采用未涂层弹性融硅石英毛细管柱(67 cm×75μm,有效长度60 cm),以130 mmol·L-1Tris-HCl-60%(体积分数)甲醇(pH 9.27)为运行缓冲液,分离电压20 kV,重力进样10 s(高度15 cm),检测波长210 nm。以盐酸氯丙那林为内标。结果:盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱和盐酸甲基麻黄碱浓度分别在42.9~92.4,2.4~57.6,1.65~26.4 mg·L-1线性关系良好,3种有效成分的平均加样回收率依次为99.7%,98.4%,95.6%,方法精密度RSD依次为2.70%,2.76%,2.52%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于千柏鼻炎片中的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a capillary electrophoresis method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methyl ephedrine hydrochloride in Thousand Boers’ Rhinitis tablets. METHODS: Uncoated flexible fused silica capillary column (67 cm × 75 μm, effective length 60 cm) was used as the running buffer with 130 mmol·L -1 Tris-HCl-60% methanol (pH 9.27) Separation voltage 20 kV, gravity injection 10 s (height 15 cm), detection wavelength 210 nm. Chlorpromazine hydrochloride as an internal standard. Results: The linear ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methy ephedrine hydrochloride were 42.9 ~ 92.4,2.4 ~ 57.6,1.65 ~ 26.4 mg · L-1, respectively. The average recoveries of three active ingredients were 99.7 %, 98.4% and 95.6% respectively. The precision of method RSD was 2.70%, 2.76% and 2.52%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control in Thousand Boing Rhinitis tablets.
