掺钒尖晶石型LiVxMn2-xO4的合成和性能

采用低温液相合成了锂离子二次电池正极材料LiVxMn2-xO4。X-射线衍射测试表明,添加了适量钒的LiVxMn2-xO4具有尖晶石型结构。循环伏安实验证实,钒的加入能促进活性材料中电荷传递,稳定尖晶石的结构,使电极材料更能承受锂离子在其中的嵌入和脱出。因此,改善了电极反应的可逆性,提高了正极材料的电化学性能。恒电流充放电实验进一步证明,钒能改善合成材料循环性能,抑制电池循环过程中,正极活性物质的比容量衰减,延长了电池的循环寿命。 The LiVxMn2-xO4 cathode material for Li-ion secondary battery was synthesized by using low temperature liquid phase. X-ray diffraction tests showed that LiVxMn2-xO4 with appropriate amount of vanadium has a spinel structure. Cyclic voltammetry experiments confirmed that the addition of vanadium can promote the charge transfer in the active material and stabilize the structure of the spinel so that the electrode material can withstand the insertion and extraction of lithium ions therein. Therefore, the reversibility of the electrode reaction is improved, and the electrochemical performance of the cathode material is improved. Constant current charge and discharge experiments further prove that vanadium can improve the cycle performance of synthetic materials, inhibit the battery cycle, the cathode active material than the specific capacity attenuation, extending the battery cycle life.
