开拓农村市场旨在刺激农村现实市场需求,培育潜在市场需求,加大占中国人口70%的农村人口对生产资料和消费品的消费总量。这种重在需求管理的政策指向是极为明确和直接的。要真正贯彻并获取预期效果,确实起到扩大国内需求的作用,则需要相应的一系列工作与之配套。本文拟就亟需处理好八大关系结合陕西乃至西部实际谈点看法。
Developing the rural market aims at stimulating the real market demand in rural areas, nurturing potential market demand and increasing the total consumption of production materials and consumer goods by 70 percent of China’s rural population. This policy emphasis on demand management is extremely clear and direct. To truly implement and obtain the expected results and indeed to play the role of expanding domestic demand, a corresponding series of work needs to be completed. This article intends to talk about the urgent need to properly handle the eight big ties and actually talk about the actual situation in Shaanxi and western regions.
