为探明植物提取物对仓储害虫绿豆象的生物活性,为将其进一步开发成为植物源农药提供基础,通过熏蒸方法测定了丽水常见40种植物(25种入侵植物,15种畲药植物)的乙醇提取物对绿豆象的熏蒸活性。结果显示,天仙果、垂盆草、阔叶十大功劳、翠云草、地锦草、槲蕨叶、茜草、香丝草、垂序商陆等植物提取物具有较好的熏蒸活性,平均死亡率分别为90%、70%、67%、63%、63%、60%、57%、53%、50%。天仙果的熏蒸活性最强,与农药毒死蜱没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。植物不同部位提取物杀虫活性存在差异,槲蕨叶提取物与槲蕨茎提取物的活性存在极显著差异(P<0.001)。研究结果可以为植物资源的进一步综合开发利用提供参考。
In order to find out the biological activity of plant extracts for the storage of pests and mung beans, the 40 species of plants (25 invasive plants and 15 species of plants) in Lishui were determined by fumigation method in order to further develop them into botanical pesticides. The results showed that plant extracts of Angelica sinensis, Saguet grass, Broadleaf ten giants, Cuiyuncao, Dichondra grass, mistletoe fern, Rubia cordifolia, Fragrant grass, Phyllostachys pubescens had better fumigation activity, the average Mortality rates were 90%, 70%, 67%, 63%, 63%, 60%, 57%, 53%, 50% respectively. Cerasus strongest fumigation activity, and pesticide chlorpyrifos no significant difference (P> 0.05). The insecticidal activity of extracts from different parts of plants differed significantly. There was a significant difference (P <0.001) in the activity of extracts from S.mutata leaf and S.mutata. The results can provide a reference for further comprehensive utilization of plant resources.
