目的 :探讨慢性低O2 高CO2 大鼠肺肥大细胞 (MC)对肺小动脉的作用。方法 :采用慢性低O2 高CO2 肺动脉高压模型 ,观察大鼠肺MC和肺小动脉形态改变及测定肺动脉压。结果 :观察到大鼠肺动脉压力升高和肺MC脱颗粒及空泡变。结论 :肺MC可能也是肺动脉高压形成的因素之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of pulmonary hypoplasia (MC) on pulmonary arterioles in chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia rats. Methods: Chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia model of pulmonary hypertension was used to observe the morphological changes of pulmonary MC and pulmonary arterioles and to measure pulmonary arterial pressure. Results: Elevated pulmonary artery pressure and decellularized and vacuolar changes of the lung were observed in rats. Conclusion: Lung MC may also be one of the factors that cause pulmonary hypertension.
