中国企业信息化历经20多年了,按理说顾问越来越成熟,客户越来越理智,环境越来越规范,成功案例应该越来越多,但现实是残酷的,如果我们理性来分析,本着对中国企业信息化负责任的态度来看,其实施效果是不尽如人意的,究其原因只要Google一下,或者百度一把我们不难发现:所谓一把手不重视、变革不彻底、客户素质太差、管理不规范……几乎没有一条是由于顾问公司运作不规范,顾问水平有限造成,事实果真如此吗?从我多年的企业信息化实践和观察,得出了截然相反的结论,那就是在众多的失败案例中因为顾问公司的原因至少占到80%。我这样说也许会遭来一片骂声,事实胜于雄辩,我就从业界公认的经典失败案例谈起。
