三唑仑(Triazolam)是美国普强(Upjohn)公司开发的二氮杂类药物。1982年美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)批准以催眠镇静剂上市,意大利、日本、瑞士等14国已有出售。据美国Hutton公司分析,美国年销售量可达1.4亿美元,是目前45个畅销药品之一。三唑仑及其片剂已被载入美国药典二十二版。 作用机制三唑仑的催眠、镇静作用机制与苯异二氮杂(?)类药物相似,但作用较为显著。三唑仑与安定比较,睡眠作用较后者强45倍,镇静作用强10倍,肌肉松驰作用强30倍。
Triazolam is a diazepam developed by Upjohn. In 1982 the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the listing of hypnotic sedatives, Italy, Japan, Switzerland and other 14 countries have been sold.
