研究了自高凝集价的金黄色葡萄球菌培养物中提取的活性物质BM-828的生物学特性。实验证明本药在小鼠中可增强自然杀伤细胞活性及淋巴细胞转化率,对免疫器官胸腺也有明显增重作用。在狗中本药还可对抗环磷酰胺所致的白细胞减少。抗癌作用的研究证明、本药对S180肉瘤及Lewis肺癌均有明显的抑制生长作用。上述结果表明,BM-828是一个有实用前途的肿瘤辅助治疗药物。
The biological properties of the active substance BM-828 extracted from a culture of high agglutination of Staphylococcus aureus were studied. Experiments show that the drug can enhance natural killer cell activity and lymphocyte transformation rate in mice, immune organs also have significant weight gain thymus. In dogs, the drug can fight against cyclophosphamide-induced leukopenia. Research shows that anti-cancer effect, the drug on S180 sarcoma and Lewis lung cancer have significant inhibit growth. The above results indicate that BM-828 is a promising adjuvant oncology drug.
