2008年7月,国际代理行相继就北京2季度的商铺市场做了详尽报告。报告显示市场存量和新增供应量上,购物中心在所有商铺物业类型总存量中所占比重最大,高达24%。受奥运期间限制施工的影响,大体量商铺项目如SOLANA(150,000平米)和六佰本(101,000平米)等在第二季度投放市场,使本季度新增供应量仍稳步增长。太古地产在中国大陆地区的首个综合商业项目——三里屯Village宣布于7月中旬开放其第一期店铺。
July 2008, international agencies have been on the second quarter of Beijing’s retail market made a detailed report. The report shows that in the market and new supply, shopping malls account for the largest proportion of the total stock of all property types in stores, up to 24%. Influenced by the construction restrictions during the Olympic Games, large-scale commercial projects such as SOLANA (150,000 square meters) and Liu Bai Ben (101,000 square meters) were put on the market in the second quarter, resulting in a steady increase in new supplies in the quarter. Swire Properties’ first integrated commercial project in Mainland China announced the opening of its first phase of stores in mid-July.
